Peter Meherne – Director
Peter has a wealth of experience in IT as a systems analyst, project manager, trainer and course developer. He sees strong parallels between how software is developed and how Plain Words create documentation:
‘We have a lifecycle for developing documentation, which mirrors the way software is developed.
We go through the following key stages: analysis, specification, development, and testing – recognisable to any software or systems developer.
The purpose of these stages is to ensure the documentation is a high quality, precision tool with excellent usability levels. Because we work along the same lines as software developers, we speak the same language and have the same goals.’
Peter is in overall charge of the recruitment team. He says:
“Our unique knowledge of the profession means that we are extremely successful at finding, selecting and matching documentation specialists for contract and permanent roles.”
